POLICIES PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. MAKE SURE
YOUR ITEM QUALIFIES PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY RETURN.
Refused deliveries are non-refundable.
*A
$5 order cancellation request charge will be applied to
orders that have already been charged but not shipped.
No order cancellations after orders are shipped.
*Scooters,
ATV's, dirt bikes, motorcycles, choppers, mopeds,
go-karts and generators (gas or electric) are NOT
returnable. Items damaged in shipment that need to be
repaired, replaced or refunded will be done so by the
shipping company. These items are shipped fully insured
and are shipped 100% damage free as each item is
inspected prior to shipment. We will assist by all
available means it the insurance process if necessary.
In most cases the shipper will be in contact with you
directly and remedy the situation.
*Products may be
returned within 30 days from date of delivery for
a refund minus shipping and handling charges. Exception
does apply to the non returnable items listed above in
the previous condition.
*In
all cases Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
*Liability
to returned items will extend only to the sub total
amount of the invoice.
*If your item came with a manufacturer
Warranty/Warranty Card, you must pursue that avenue
prior to any returns for problems covered by any such
warranty.
*Defective
items include items that are broken or not working to
manufacturer's specifications. Incompatibilities are not
classified as defective.
*Please
verify quantity/condition and report any problems with
the product/package within 24 hours of delivery.
(Physical damage, incorrect product, etc...)
*Customer
pays shipping when shipping to SellZ4Less for returns.
This policy applies to defective items as well.
*Non-defective remorse items CANNOT be returned.
*Returns
must be 100% complete with original packaging, manuals,
registration card(s), software, cabling, wiring and
accessories.
*We
ship most items UPS, FedEx and DHL. Wholesale and
scooter sales may ship by freight carrier. We do not
ship to PO Boxes or FPO/AE addresses.
*Orders with shipping addresses that are to a PO Box
will be refunded within 24 - 48 business hours.
*We
will
ship to the address that
appears on the transaction details
page only with exception to PO Boxes. If you desire
receipt of items ordered you must add your physical
address to PayPal so that it will appear on the order
transaction detail page.
*Products
must be returned in original packaging in resalable
condition in order for us to process your return
request. Items not in
resalable
condition will be returned to the buyer at the buyers
expense. If refused we will not pick this item up from
the shipping company and the item will be documented as
abandoned by the buyer by refusal. Exceptions apply to
items mentioned below in the next condition.
*If
an item is not returned in the original condition (i.e.
free of food particles, Dirt, Scratches, Stains, etc...)
there will be a 25% restoration fee to return the
product to a resalable condition. If our technicians are
unable to restore the product to a like-new condition,
then your Return/Replacement will be denied and the
product will be returned to you. The same conditions
apply to returned shipment as mentioned above in the
previous condition.
*We
are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in
shipment. This is the responsibility of the shipping
company under there own policies and conditions.
To
ship your return back to SellZ4Less please email your
name, address, phone number and a copy of your PayPal
invoice information (transaction ID, transaction total)
to cs@sellz4less.com. include RMA in the subject line.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER
TO PROVE THAT YOU HAVE SHIPPED IT TO US. PLEASE EMAIL US
WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
LOST ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.
SellZ4Less reserves the right to return the merchandise
to its customer and not refund money, if SellZ4Less in
its opinion deems that the merchandise has been severely
damaged, crashed, abused, misuse, modify in any form,
has water, dust, or contaminant damage that occurred by
the buyer of the merchandise.
